Na actualidade, ademais dunha capela, o edificio disp\u00f3n de amplos sal\u00f3ns para reuni\u00f3ns e recepci\u00f3ns. Tam\u00e9n est\u00e1 a residencia do bispo cando pernoita na cidade, e onde recibe en audiencia a quen o solicita. Junto a la misma se alza el edificio del palacio episcopal, residencia de los obispos mindonienses desde que se erigi\u00f3 la di\u00f3cesis.\r\n\r\nSe trata de un edificio anexo a la catedral. De la edificaci\u00f3n primitiva nada se conserva, a consecuencia del incendio que sufri\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 1527. Pero, sobre todo, por las edificaciones levantadas en el siglo XVIII que le dieron la configuraci\u00f3n actual. Con el tiempo se ampl\u00eda la edificaci\u00f3n, dot\u00e1ndola de la fachada con su magn\u00edfico escudo hacia la plaza. En la actualidad, adem\u00e1s de una capilla, el edificio dispone de amplios salones para reuniones y recepciones. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 la residencia del obispo cuando pernocta en la ciudad, y donde recibe en audiencia a quien lo solicita. Al\u00ed sit\u00faase a catedral, a sede do bispo, templo madre de todos os da diocese. Xunto \u00e1 mesma \u00e1lzase o edificio do palacio episcopal, residencia dos bispos mindonienses desde que se erixiu a diocese.\r\n\r\nTr\u00e1tase dun edificio anexo \u00e1 catedral. Da edificaci\u00f3n primitiva nada se conserva, como consecuencia do incendio que sufriu no ano 1527. Pero, sobre todo, polas edificaci\u00f3ns levantadas no s\u00e9culo XVIII que lle deron a configuraci\u00f3n actual. Co tempo ampl\u00edase a edificaci\u00f3n, dot\u00e1ndoa da fachada co seu magn\u00edfico escudo cara \u00e1 praza. Na actualidade, ademais dunha capela, o edificio disp\u00f3n de amplos sal\u00f3ns para reuni\u00f3ns e recepci\u00f3ns. Tam\u00e9n est\u00e1 a residencia do bispo cando pernoita na cidade, e onde recibe en audiencia a quen o solicita.
