Este decreto general, que cuenta con la <em>recognitio<\/em> de la Santa Sede, fue aprobado en la Asamblea Plenaria de la Conferencia Episcopal Espa\u00f1ola del mes de abril de 2018. Una normativa que es de obligado cumplimiento para todas las entidades eclesi\u00e1sticas (parroquias, cofrad\u00edas, congregaciones religiosas, asociaciones, etc.). <br \/><br \/>Con este departamento se da continuidad al proceso din\u00e1mico seguido en la di\u00f3cesis para garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de las personas f\u00edsicas que entran en relaci\u00f3n con su actividad pastoral, educativa, social y administrativa, en lo relacionado con el tratamiento de sus datos de car\u00e1cter personal, a fin de garantizar que la adquisici\u00f3n, almacenamiento y utilizaci\u00f3n de sus datos se lleve a cabo en el pleno respeto del derecho de la persona a la buena reputaci\u00f3n y confidencialidad reconocido por el canon 220 del C\u00f3digo de Derecho Can\u00f3nico y concordantes, el decreto general de la Conferencia Episcopal Espa\u00f1ola sobre protecci\u00f3n de datos de la Iglesia Cat\u00f3lica de Espa\u00f1a y dem\u00e1s normativa de aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/div><\/article><aside id=\"genesis-sidebar-primary\" class=\"sidebar sidebar-primary widget-area\" role=\"complementary\" aria-label=\"Barra lateral principal\"><h2 class=\"genesis-sidebar-title screen-reader-text\">Barra lateral principal<\/h2><\/aside>[\/td_block_text_with_title][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/tdc_zone]","_es_post_name":"proteccion-de-datos","_es_post_excerpt":"","_es_post_title":"Protecci\u00f3n de datos","_gl_post_content":"","_gl_post_name":"","_gl_post_excerpt":"","_gl_post_title":"","edit_language":"gl","footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2069","page","type-page","status-publish"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
