Hasta el momento ocupaba el puesto de vicedelegada, participando activamente en la organizaci\u00f3n durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. La nueva presidenta fue elegida durante el trascurso de la \u00faltima asamblea de Manos Unidas, que tuvo lugar el pasado 18 de septiembre en Ferrol.\r\n\r\nRey sustituye en el cargo a Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles Losada Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, quien ostent\u00f3 esta responsabilidad desde el a\u00f1o 2018. Desde la di\u00f3cesis de Mondo\u00f1edo-Ferrol se quiere agradecer todo el trabajo realizado por la presidenta saliente. Durante su mandato se ha venido consolidado el trabajo de esta importante entidad eclesial a trav\u00e9s de numerosas actividades de concienciaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se extendi\u00f3 la delegaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de Manos Unidas con un nuevo grupo comarcal en Valdovi\u00f1o, que ampli\u00f3 los ya existentes en Vilalba y Cari\u00f1o.\r\n\r\nTras este nombramiento y lo acordado en la asamblea, el equipo directivo de Manos Unidas de Mondo\u00f1edo-Ferrol<\/strong> queda constituido de la siguiente manera:\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Delegada: D\u00f1a. Remedios Rey Horjales\r\n\u00b7 Vicedelegada: D\u00f1a. M\u00aa. del Carmen Pita Porto\r\n\u00b7 Tesorera: D\u00f1a. Catalina Terrasa Blanco\r\n\u00b7 Secretaria: D\u00f1a. Beatriz G\u00f3mez Fraga\r\n\u00b7 Consiliario: Rvdo. D. Jes\u00fas \u00c1lvarez Pi\u00f1\u00f3n\r\n\r\nLa labor de Manos Unidas<\/a> se centra en la recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos para proyectos de desarrollo en los pa\u00edses empobrecidos<\/strong> y en su tarea de formaci\u00f3n y concienciaci\u00f3n sobre los procesos que provocan hoy el hambre y la pobreza en el mundo<\/strong>.
