Con estas palabras, el pasado 1 de enero entraba en vigor, <em>ad experimentum<\/em> por tres a\u00f1os, el <strong>nuevo reglamento que regular\u00e1 el funcionamiento de todos los cementerios parroquiales de la di\u00f3cesis de Mondo\u00f1edo-Ferrol<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nSe trata de un reglamento que <strong>anula el anterior<\/strong>, que databa del a\u00f1o 1984, firmado por el entonces obispo diocesano monse\u00f1or Miguel Anxo Ara\u00fajo. Se hac\u00eda necesaria, por el paso del tiempo y las circunstancias cambiantes, la actualizaci\u00f3n de esta normativa, para que saliera al paso de algunas dificultades ordinarias para el buen funcionamiento y orden de los cementerios parroquiales.\r\n\r\nEl documento fue elaborado, tras un minucioso trabajo, por diferentes comisiones y \u00f3rganos de la di\u00f3cesis, que fueron realizando sus aportaciones y correcciones. Finalmente, el bufete de abogados que habitualmente asesora a la di\u00f3cesis le dio la configuraci\u00f3n actual, para <strong>ajustarlo a derecho y poder afrontar con garant\u00edas las problem\u00e1ticas existentes<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nA lo largo de las pr\u00f3ximas semanas <strong>se explicar\u00e1 a los sacerdotes y a las comisiones de los cementerios<\/strong> para que tengan un documento sobre el que regular el buen funcionamiento de los cementerios que, como <strong>elemento diferenciador en Galicia con respecto al resto de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, mayoritariamente son parroquiales.
