Empiezan a trabajar m\u00e1s tarde debido a las exigencias de un mercado laboral, que demanda una cualificaci\u00f3n cada vez m\u00e1s elevada y mayor experiencia previa. A ello, se suman los <strong>prejuicios sociales que encasilla a los j\u00f3venes como una generaci\u00f3n inconstante, poco comprometida e irresponsable<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nCuando finalmente consiguen entrar en el mercado laboral, las nuevas generaciones se encuentran con que en muchos casos <strong>el trabajo ya no es garant\u00eda de autonom\u00eda o independencia<\/strong>. Una persona joven tiene que destinar hoy el 102,3 % de su salario para poder alquilar una vivienda en solitario, seg\u00fan el Observatorio de Emancipaci\u00f3n de la Juventud de Espa\u00f1a 2025.\r\n\r\nCon motivo del <strong>D\u00eda Internacional de los Trabajadores y la festividad de San Jos\u00e9 Obrero<\/strong>, la iniciativa Iglesia por el Trabajo Decente (ITD) <strong>denuncia las crecientes dificultades que enfrentan las personas j\u00f3venes para acceder a un trabajo decente y a una vida en condiciones dignas<\/strong>. La hiperformaci\u00f3n, el inicio tard\u00edo en el empleo, los salarios insuficientes y la precariedad adem\u00e1s de lastrar su futuro, afecta profundamente su salud mental y emocional.\r\n<h4><strong>\r\nLa precariedad no puede ser la norma<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nEn su manifiesto, titulado <strong>\u201cTrabajo decente, derecho, no privilegio\u201d,<\/strong> ITD denuncia que el modelo laboral actual ha normalizado la inestabilidad y la precariedad, erosionando la esperanza de las personas j\u00f3venes. \u201cCuando no sabes si ma\u00f1ana vas a poder dar de comer a tus hijos, o si lo que est\u00e1s estudiando te permitir\u00e1 tener un trabajo digno, es f\u00e1cil caer en el des\u00e1nimo\u201d, recoge el manifiesto citando la bula con la que el papa Francisco ha convocado el <a href=\"https:\/\/mondonedoferrol.org\/el-jubileo-2025-en-la-diocesis-de-mondonedo-ferrol\/\">Jubileo de la Esperanza<\/a>.\r\n\r\nAnte esta realidad, ITD exige a las instituciones p\u00fablicas y a la sociedad en su conjunto una <strong>escucha real a las demandas de la juventud<\/strong>, que pasa por garantizar trabajos estables y con derechos; facilitar el acceso a la vivienda y promover pol\u00edticas que aseguren una estabilidad vital y emocional.\r\n\r\n\u201cEl trabajo debe volver a ser un camino hacia la realizaci\u00f3n personal y la dignidad\u201d, recuerda el papa Francisco en la enc\u00edclica <em>Laudato Si'<\/em>. Este 1 de mayo, ITD invita a alzar la voz por una juventud que merece un futuro con justicia, dignidad y oportunidades reales.\r\n\r\n<strong>CIFRAS SOBRE DESEMPLEO JUVENIL<\/strong>\r\n\u00b7 Solo el 14,8 % de los j\u00f3venes ha logrado independizarse en el primer semestre de 2024.\r\nFuente Consejo de la Juventud de Espa\u00f1a (CJE)\r\n\u00b7 El salario medio de un joven se sit\u00faa en 1.048 euros. Fuente CJE\r\n\u00b7 El alquiler promedio asciende a 1.072 euros. Fuente CJE\r\n\u00b7 Tres de cada 10 personas j\u00f3venes en Espa\u00f1a se encuentran en riesgo de pobreza.
