O\u00b4Mencer, cuyo nombre en gallego evoca \"amanecer\" o nuevo comienzo, surgi\u00f3 en 1989 como evoluci\u00f3n de ese legado: un centro de <strong>acogida integral en el coraz\u00f3n de Ferrolterra<\/strong> que ofrece refugio, atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica, formaci\u00f3n laboral y acompa\u00f1amiento espiritual. Su modelo colaborativo \u2013laicos y religiosas trabajando codo con codo\u2013 ha transformado m\u00e1s de 200 vidas en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, aline\u00e1ndose con el carisma oblatino de <strong>\"buscar y liberar a la mujer herida\"<\/strong>. En el contexto diocesano, O\u00b4Mencer representa un pilar b\u00e1sico de la acci\u00f3n social de la Iglesia.\r\n\r\nHoy en d\u00eda, el centro atiende a una treintena de mujeres al a\u00f1o, muchas procedentes de Europa del Este y Am\u00e9rica Latina, con programas de empoderamiento que incluyen alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital, inserci\u00f3n laboral y terapias grupales.\r\n<h4><strong>\r\n2026: Nace el programa \"Oblatas Ferrol\"<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nEn este a\u00f1o 2026, cuando se conmemoran 119 a\u00f1os de aquella llegada, y con gratitud por el camino recorrido desde la creaci\u00f3n en 1989 del Centro de D\u00eda Oblatas \u201cO\u2019Mencer\u201d, la labor se renueva con un nuevo impulso. <strong>La iniciativa adopta un nuevo nombre y una nueva identidad visual<\/strong>, reforzando su pertenencia a una red internacional presente en m\u00e1s de 50 proyectos en 16 pa\u00edses.\r\n\r\nDe este modo, nace el programa <strong>\u201cOblatas Ferrol\u201d<\/strong>, una nueva denominaci\u00f3n para una misi\u00f3n que sigue m\u00e1s viva que nunca.\r\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF; border: 0; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: 0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width: 540px; min-width: 326px; padding: 0; width: calc(100% -
