El desempleo, la precariedad, los salarios insuficientes, la temporalidad abusiva y la siniestralidad laboral siguen marcando la vida de quienes trabajan o buscan empleo. A esta realidad se suma el deterioro de la salud mental y unas condiciones laborales que, en muchos casos, impiden desarrollar un proyecto de vida digno.\r\n\r\nCon motivo del <strong>1\u00ba de Mayo<\/strong>, <strong>D\u00eda Internacional del Trabajo<\/strong> y la festividad de san Jos\u00e9 Obrero, la iniciativa Iglesia por el Trabajo Decente (ITD) alerta de que demasiadas personas quedan fuera del sistema laboral o atrapadas en condiciones indignas e inseguras.\r\n<h4><strong>\r\nEl trabajo no puede costar la vida<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nBajo el t\u00edtulo <strong>\u201cAnte la exclusi\u00f3n, trabajo decente\u201d<\/strong>, el manifiesto pone el foco en una de las expresiones m\u00e1s graves de esta realidad: la siniestralidad laboral. <strong>En Espa\u00f1a mueren de media dos personas trabajadoras al d\u00eda en accidentes laborales<\/strong>. \u201cDetr\u00e1s de cada muerte hay un rostro, una historia, una familia rota\u201d, se\u00f1ala el texto.\r\n\r\nEl <strong>papa Le\u00f3n XIV<\/strong> ha advertido que los lugares de trabajo deber\u00edan ser espacios de vida, pero \u201ccon frecuencia se transforman en lugares de muerte y desolaci\u00f3n\u201d. Una sociedad que se acostumbra a estas muertes se degrada moralmente. Nadie deber\u00eda perder la vida por ganarse el pan.\r\n\r\nAsimismo, la iniciativa advierte de que <strong>la precariedad laboral<\/strong> no solo afecta a las condiciones materiales, sino que <strong>deteriora la salud mental, debilita la estabilidad familiar y limita las expectativas de futuro<\/strong>.
