Por bula de S.S. Juan XVIII de 9 de marzo de 1959, la iglesia parroquial de San Juli\u00e1n de Ferrol alcanza la categor\u00eda de concatedral de la di\u00f3cesis. El templo data del \u00faltimo tercio del siglo XVIII.
