En el archivo de la Catedral de Mondo\u00f1edo se cita el molino de Carregal el a\u00f1o 1415. A finales del siglo XVIII en el lugar de la ermita de Santo Estevo Degua se celebra un famoso mercado semanal de productos del pa\u00eds. Se trata de la feria do Santo, muy concurrida por todos los chairegos. Iglesia parroquial del siglo XVIII. En el atrio, cementerio parroquial con panteones neog\u00f3ticos de granito, tan t\u00edpicos de la Terra Ch\u00e1, y dos cruceiros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 <strong>Otros edificios y monumentos<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<em>Capilla do Santo<\/em>: edificio rectangular, siglo XVII.<br \/>\n<em>Prehistoria y etnograf\u00eda<\/em>: Sitio y lugar dos Castros con leyendas dos mouros. Fincas da Croa. Cruceiro de Cachopa, granito, siglo XIX.
