A causa de la supresi\u00f3n de los se\u00f1or\u00edos, los due\u00f1os de la casa de Valmonte, en 1853, fueron indemnizados en virtud de los diezmos que ven\u00edan percibiendo en Santo Estevo de Prevesos.
