Informaci\u00f3n: Parroquia situada en el Val de Ouro, en terreno llano y una extraordinaria fertilidad.<\/p>\n

Referencias hist\u00f3ricas y art\u00edsticas: El templo, todo \u00e9l levantado en una misma \u00e9poca y con una armoniosa unidad de plan, forma un bello conjunto con la arboleda, que se abre ante su bella y sencilla fachada principal. Se levant\u00f3 en la primera mitad del siglo XVIII, de planta de cruz latina y sacrist\u00eda detr\u00e1s. Retablo mayor neocl\u00e1sico de un cuerpo. Destaca el crucero, cuyas pechinas llevan pinturas de los cuatro evangelistas y en la c\u00fapula aparece la Asunci\u00f3n de la Virgen acompa\u00f1ada de santos \u00e1ngeles y guirnaldas de colores. Todo ese conjunto pict\u00f3rico es del siglo XIX.\u00a0En el lado izquierdo del crucero aparece un retablo churrigueresco, de excepcional inter\u00e9s, considerado uno de los mejores retablos del barroco gallego, que representa en trece escenas la Pasi\u00f3n y Muerte de Cristo. En el banco aparece la inscripci\u00f3n de fundaci\u00f3n, datada en el a\u00f1o 1733.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Referencias hist\u00f3ricas y art\u00edsticas<\/strong>: Esta iglesia parroquial se encuentra en Ferrol Vello, detr\u00e1s del baluarte de San Juan, en una posici\u00f3n elevada respecto al puerto. Se trata de un templo neocl\u00e1sico, edificado por el arquitecto Pedro Lizardi en 1767, pasando por numerosos avatares que alargaron las obras hasta los inicios del siglo XIX. Es un edificio de una \u00fanica nave, con rectos y lisos muros. El coro est\u00e1 situado a los pies, con b\u00f3vedas de aristas y arcos sostenidos por m\u00e9nsulas adosadas al muro. El exterior es tambi\u00e9n muy simple, decorado con una fina cornisa en la parte superior. La portada es sencilla y responde a los modelos del estilo en que se edifica. La espada\u00f1a fue levantada en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX. Alberga dos im\u00e1genes que son muy veneradas en Ferrol: el Cristo de los Navegantes (s. XVII) y la Virgen del Socorro (s. XVIII), que cuentan con gran devoci\u00f3n de los ferrolanos ligados a la antigua Cofrad\u00eda del Socorro. Su retablo mayor se concluy\u00f3 el a\u00f1o 1813.<\/p>\n

Informaci\u00f3n:El nombre de la parroquia deriva del gran castro que domina todo el Valle de Oro. En el medievo, dicho castro fue convertido en un recinto amurallado con una sola entrada y torres semicirculares y la torra del homenaje, en que se hizo fuerte el mariscal Pardo de Cela, en tiempos de los Reyes Cat\u00f3licos.<\/p>\n

Misas: Domingos: 12:00 h.<\/p>\n

Informaci\u00f3n: Parroquia situada en un ameno valle rodeado de altos montes, rica en agricultura, en madera y en feldespatos. El conjunto diseminado de poblaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dominado por el imponente monte de “A Frouseira”, con los recuerdos del mariscal Pardo de Cela.<\/p>\n

Referencias hist\u00f3ricas y art\u00edsticas: Iglesia parroquial construida totalmente en el a\u00f1o 1793 y costeada en su mayor parte por el can\u00f3nigo de Mondo\u00f1edo Santom\u00e9 y Aguiar. Su plan es sumamente uniforme, pues no hay vestigios de edificaci\u00f3n anterior, aunque el curato data del medievo. Su elegante y sencilla silueta destaca entre el llano y verde paisaje del Val de Ouro.<\/p>\n
